Cayla Moore

Cayla Jane Moore serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at RM Financial Services, LLC, where she is an investment advisor representative.

A native of Pennsylvania, Cayla learned the importance of small business values and teamwork through her family's ownership of a restaurant. This upbringing instilled in her a strong work ethic and a passion for collaborative success. Soon after moving to Maine to earn her B.A. in human ecology with a focus on business and nonprofit administration from the College of the Atlantic, Cayla knew she wanted to build a family and career in Maine.

At RM Financial Services, LLC, Cayla provides tailored guidance in retirement planning, investing, and financial management, drawing on her diverse skill set and extensive experience. Cayla is dedicated to guiding individuals, families, and small businesses towards financial success. 



Outside of her professional responsibilities, Cayla finds fulfillment in gardening and enjoying time at the family camp in Downeast Maine. Residing in Bangor with her husband, daughter, and dog.
